摘要：一种退火炉辐射冷却系统缓冷段装置及其控制方法,所述缓冷段装置设置为48个区段,每个区段分别设置一个空气流量控制阀(3)及温度检测仪,当温度检测仪检测到炉内温度时,信息通过反馈控制器(11)来调节空气流量调节阀;每个区段均在带钢的上下方交叉布置辐射套管(2),通过辐射套管中的冷空气辐射来对带钢进行降温冷却,连接各区段的流量调节阀(3)经空气管道(4)连接至抽风机(5)后由排气烟囱(6)排出.
